Mask YourselfCover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze
Social DistancingAvoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people, be it well or unwell.
Stay HomeStay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell
Seek Help If UnwellIf you feel unwell, follow all of these steps and contact your GP or designated helpline immediately.
